If you live in Belfast City Council please report issues here.

If you live in Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council please report issues here.

You should only report a missed collection if:

Your container(s) were put out for collection before 7am
It is now after 3pm on your collection day
There are no access issues on your street
You haven’t been told by the collection crew that there was a problem with your recycling container or its contents.
