We provide a garden waste collection service in Conwy.

Subscriptions for 2022-23 Garden Waste Collection Service have now closed. Subscriptions for April 2023 – March 2024 will open in the New Year.

What happens after you sign up for the service?

  • We will email you with further information on how to use the service.
  • Any bins that you have ordered will be delivered to you within 10 working days.
  • We will post you a payment sticker for each of the bins you have paid a subscription for. Please attach the sticker to the lid of each bin you have so our crews know your collection has been paid for. Bins that do not have a sticker attached will not be emptied.
  • We will collect your garden waste on a fortnightly basis.

Why sign up for this service?

  • Regular fortnightly collection.
  • Easy to use 240 litre wheeled bin.
  • No need to visit the Recycling Centre to dispose of garden waste.
  • All garden waste collected is composted locally.
  • For each tonne of waste we collect, we donate £1 to a local charity through our Recycling Rewards Campaign.

How much does it cost?

  • Collection costs are £35 per year for one brown bin.
  • Collection costs are £20 per year for every additional brown bin.
  • Every household can order up to 4 bins.
  • Bins will be delivered free on your first order. There is a £20 delivery charge for any additional bin orders that you make after your initial order. 
  • These are fixed prices for the year, from April 2022 to March 2023. You can sign up to the service at any point during the year, but the annual fee will be the same.
